Payment Policy
  • All orders are accepted on a basis of payment within 10 days of invoice date.
  • For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • Balances not paid from invoice are shown on a monthly statement.
  • Any invoice not paid within 30 days of invoice date is considered past due.

Shipping Policies

Contiguous United States
All orders are F.O.B. point of origin and shipped via ground transportation. Orders over $100.00 placed on a credit card at the time of ordering will receive free freight up to ten (10) pounds. It is our intention to provide same day shipping for most orders. Orders will ship from our warehouse in either Maryland or California. Overnight or Second Day service is available for an added expense.

American Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico:
Orders are F.O.B. point of origin and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). However in many cases they receive special consideration. Call for specifics.

Return Policy

The Orthodontic Store has a total satisfaction guarantee policy. If you any reason you wish to return a product, please call us at 1-800-553-2166 within 45 days of purchase and we will issue a merchandise return label. The product will be picked up and returned to us at our expense.

We respect your privacy and ask for only the information we need to provide the service you’ve requested. We do not sell, rent or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party.
